RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, & NO SHOWS

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

 

TARDINESS

Being punctual is very important for our day at D and G Like us to operate smoothly. Arriving late becomes a butterfly effect issue; causing problems for our stylists’ schedules and other guests reserved appointment times. We allow a 15 minute grace period starting at your scheduled appointment time. Guests that are going to be more than 15 minutes late are subject to an automatic reschedule. Guests who make a habit of arriving late to scheduled appointments will be restricted to a Walk In only appointment basis. In the case of being tardy, we ask that you call to communicate actual arrival time and confirm that we are able provide the reserved service in a time crunch.

 

REDOS

D and G Like us stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. The only qualification that we make in providing redos is that you call to schedule the redo within two weeks of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the stylist is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another stylist. Please note, services received by apprentices are not guaranteed. D and G Like us House and Education Models will be asked to review and sign our Model Release Form. Our salon stylists will not provide a redo for an apprentice service.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied with a Redo service. D and G Like us proudly stands behind all it’s products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at D and G Like us, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase. All sales of hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, combs, etc.) &  Makeup sales are final. No returns and no exchanges. All sales of tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

 

REFERRALS & REVIEWS  

We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you could give us. When any new guest comes in for a first appointment and says you referred them, we will credit your salon account $10 per every new referral. Good Yelp reviews help our stylists get noticed for their awesome work. D and G Like us will credit our guests $15 off their next appointment for a nice Yelp review about your experience and $20 off if you include a photo of your hair.
